Again, avoidance from a direct answer about your opinion. I believe that she was young, at a place she shouldn't have been, drank a beer or twelve, and something happened which she was afraid to come forward with at that time.
That's an irrational expectation. There are direct answers between the false binary you've created. "Possibly" is a valid answer. I would posit that, due to the lack of evidence presented, it is probably the most rational answer available. It was a simple direct question which required a direct answer. Yes or no. Take your choice. Avoidance from making a definitive answer about your opinion is your calling card.

Yes. The "law" will consider any female who has partaken in an alcoholic drink within the last 24 hours as unable to exercise good judgement. So if you hook up with a girl at a bar she can cry rape and you're probably screwed. And as Ford has shown anyone (male or female) can accuse anyone of sexual assault with zero evidence and destroy a persons life.
Investigate! FBI???Since "boof-gate" is considered so serious I present this allegation that Ford lied when she identified herself as a research "psychologist".
How can we believe anything she said? Awaiting the WaPo piece detailing her misleading and false statements...
Records Show Dr. Ford Is Not A Licensed Psychologist, May Have Committed Perjury
