How does an allegation get to be considered credible, what the hell is the burden of proof for credible these days?

Zero time
Zero date
Zero definite amount of people even there
Zero for 4 or 5 chances for the other people she named to even say K was there, period.

Based purely on evidence that she provided, or didn’t provide, the logical answer is no. Not to undermine rape or sexual assault but by today’s definition sexual assault can consist of words, propositioning, bumping into, “making an advance”, consensual drunk sex, remorse sex, etc. Maybe something happened to her but I wouldn’t count on it being anything like she has stated or even by the person she is accusing.
