Well, this lady can still report it and she still hasn't. LOL I don't know MD statutory law, but its my understanding there isn't a statutory limit on this type of act. The problem is, there is probably enough evidence to potentially charge her with perjury, although those are not ideal cases. Also, Kavanaugh and the other guy definitely have grounds for a slander suit at this point, if they wanted to push it.

It actually shows she is exaggerating, which goes to her credibility. The problem is, she really didn't provide any facts, not really to where her credibility could be used to weigh her testimony. There is basically no information or facts, the only facts she really has provided is there was "a party/gathering", she was assaulted/assisted by 1 or 2 people(?), yet none of that can be collaborated. She is a bad witness because she really isn't a witness to anything, not really. What she did provide has been more or less shot down by 5 people, so her credibility has nothing to do with it, not really.

The worse part about the flying bit as she got caught red-handed doubling down on the lie, which is she said congress wouldn't take her testimony in California, then she shut the F up. LOL

The whole thing sounds made up, why, no facts. Its like an alien abducted her with a holobeam. LOL
