Kavanaugh Confirmation

I'm just pointing out people trying to pass of easily verifyable lies as proof of a conspiracy. If that's the way people want to roll, that's their choice.

It seems like you have come to their defense. You sir, "have lost it"
No way you can tell those two lesbians apart from that HRC picture.

RINOs like losing. Their entire platform is to promise a return to conservative laws, values, and policies when they're the minority party, and once they gain power they do nothing with it and let the Dems walk all over them.
Hence why McCain lost, Romney lost, and Trump won.

its a criminal accusation and should 100% be treated with the same standards. You disagreeing with that shows you have no desire for justice but rather a result driven by politics. This accusation is not small potatoes and you are treating it as such. Shame on you, intern.

We can talk criminal standards when we get in a criminal trial. Not there yet. If an employer hears that a prospective employee has a history of getting drunk and fondling women at the bar (a crime), he doesn't have to hold a trial to determine whether or not he wants to hire the guy. He can just decide that he wants to hire someone who doesn't have this reputation.

According to Graham, people were "knocking at his door" all night. I don't know if he was making a funny, but I have to say thank you to the liberal ****s who decided putting out his and other's home addresses was a good idea.

You want to get someone killed, that's the way to do it.
They have no issues if Kavanaugh, the President or now Graham were killed by their fascist friends

Yup....the employer is deciding today.

Six weeks actually.
This is my sticking point. If they were serious about having this investigated, they wouldn't have waited till just before the vote. But then there would have been time for an investigation, or Trump could have named another candidate and a vote would still have happened before mid-terms.

No, releasing this when they did was with the intent of delaying a vote until after midterms.

Once it was admitted that this was held out for weeks, it kinda puts a stink on the actual motivation.

NO no no no no not in this case man. She has a bad memory because she is the victim of an uncorroborated sexual assault. She wasn't lying when she didn't tell the truth! Her PTSD was interfering with her memories thats all!...............

Love,

Democrat logic
She also cannot fly on a plane unless it's for pleasure or business or ....

Doug Jones, 1 term AL Senator has said he will vote no, Bredesen hasn't said how he would vote. Bredesen if elected make no mistake about about it would go the Jones role, he's independent from Schumer blah blah yet will always vote how Schumer tells them to
This should be a wake up call to all the sensible folks that are considering to vote for any Democrat that portrays themselves as a independent thinker. There are no Idependent thinking democrats in Washington.

you have to understand, they have no shame they will stoop to any depth and they will destroy anyone just to protect abortion
The end justifies the means, and the end is killing babies?
This has taken 20-30 days more than any other nominee and hes been asked more questions than any other nominee and despite knowing about the allegation, none of those questions suggested sexual misconduct. it's not rushed. The time the democrats had was simply mismanaged and mishandled. They had time and an extraordinary amount of chances.
They had a joker up their sleeve and thought it was wild. They lost.

That's fine. That's their prerogative. There are no standards that they're subject to in voting up or down. But let's not act like their vote is any formal vindication of Kavanaugh and that these allegations will just disappear. This will be a stain on the court for as long as he's on it. Half of America will view him as illegitimate and a partisan stooge.

First off, awful analogy given BK does not have a history of sexual misconduct, in fact his history is quite the opposite per 6 FBI investigations including the highest clearance they can dish out, so you're off base there.

Secondly, if the employee denies he or she did that, the named witnesses deny that allegation, the location of allegation is unknown, the date is unknown, etc. then the employer should have the common sense to dismiss it, given there is no criminal record or mention of any issues in extensive background checks and peer interviews or what is considered a referral in the job market.

You are right. If they were serious and respected Women the dims would have had this under investigation immediately. They weren't serious though and didn't respect her claims because they are laughable at best. Zero evidence. Zero corroboration. Instead they decided to exploit her and sexual abuse victims across the nation in a petty attempt to derail the confirmation. Well played democrats! You might actually hand Trump a decent loss with this one. It only took a little female exploitation and fear mongering.
