No the FBI has no real jurisdiction to investigate, they have no real power without jurisdiction. Can they take cooperating witness statements, sure, but the committee can do that too as well, you're at the end of the process.

You cannot on the one hand say she is sincere and on the other says she is a prop.

Please read slower, he didn't say she was a prop.... you said he said that. He didn't. So... your whole statement is a con statement, now you want to discuss your made up statement.

He actually didn't have anything bad to say about her, basically said he really didn't know her. He said there were other forces at work, but that was not directed at her.

Kennedy yielded a minute to Jeff Flake so he could pretend to be relevant and tell us all to get along and then let Kavanaugh do a mini closing and swear to God he was innocent.

Where do they start the hypothetical investigation? No crime scene, witnesses, or any other tangible evidence. It’s one person’s word vs another and they did that today.

Sure you can. You can believe she is sincere in the idea that she was sexually assaulted by someone at some point in her life. There's just no evidence that Kavanaugh is responsible for that.

Actually its one person's word against 5 other people, one of which was her best friend at the time.

He said the whole thing is untrue and a scam by the Dems.
