There is no crime scene, there are no witnesses... Congress had her before them today, she is the only witness... they could reasonably ask her anything they wanted. The FBI doesn't have jurisdiction to run a criminal probe. The only thing the FBI can possibly do is take statements, but is only if you have a cooperating witness. Get it?
