Kavanaugh Confirmation

So, did judge work at the grocery store? Too bad we don't have an investigatory body, maybe a bureau of a federal sort, that could look into this.

If so, I would sure as heck like to know why should would willingly go into that store, knowing how emotionally-distressing the alleged event was -- you know: causing her to struggle in school, not be able to make friends, and dislike the aesthetics of her house's front elevation.

Why is that considered a reasonable statement, but "it's not uncommon for young black men in bad parts of town to deal drugs?" is considered totally out of bounds? Aren't both statements prejudiced? Should any alleged incident be judged on the facts of that specific situation?
I’m fine with either statement. I’m fine with it because both are true.
Most sexual assaults go unreported. My wife never reported hers. No witnesses. So, do you want to tell me how it never happened. I tell you what, you name the place, and you can tell me to my face.

Seeing it tweeted that judge has acknowledged he worked in a grocery store. But it was done in his book. So the question should be whether ford had or read that book

See, this is the issue I have with this clownshow of a hearing. You are making the assumption that Kavanagh is guilty solely on emotion.

she also presented like when she saw him she treated it like any other encounter with him using her normal "hello" -- why wouldn't she also be surprised and aghast that she bumped into him.

Even if both statements are true, it doesn't matter. Do you not agree that a person accused of something should be judged on the facts of that specific situation, not by whatever is "common" or what the stereotype is?

It is an easy fix for the Republicans. Come out with a statement indicating that Ms. Ford's testimony standing alone seemed credible, but before ruining Judge Kavanaugh's reputation we need to independently verify aspects of her testimony. We are therefore asking Ms. Ford to disclose the identity of the therapist and allow us to interview that person, as well as review the notes from the therapy sessions.

Yup, without corroboration or some sort of evidence outside of a witness testimony, I cant even start to be moved with him being guilty of anything.

She can't remember how she got to the party or got home, but says she didn't drive home... yet she ran out of the house without making a call. How did she get someone to give her a lift? LOL

This isn’t a criminal trial dumbass. I’m assuming the witness and the others that have come forward are not part of a larger conspiracy by dims.
The fact that he looks like a little silver spoon entitled prick is just icing.

Come one guys haven't you ever been in a deposition before ? they try to get you to fumble on easy stuff and then wreck you later on the difficult stuff. I think we will see it get harsher.
