She better be but her polygraph differs from the letter which truth is truth? It goes to show that her memory, understandably so, isnt necessarily reliable 30 years later.

Alot of times our memory fills in the blanks with incorrect information. it's why witnesses aren't the best piece of evidence in an investigation.

That is a very good observation
 
You guys should be prosecutors, specializing in prosecuting alleged victims. You would be doing them a service.
 
"Best estimate of how this could have happened..."?

I'm not sure I'd work the words "best estimate of how this could have happened" into a deposition accusation of a potential Supreme Court candidate after just having given a scientific description of how trustworthy her memories are.
