Seems now the claim is we won't testify to the Committee but will to the FBI (knowing I presume there will be no FBI inquiry).

I'm still not sure what prevents someone from going to the FBI on their own unless the FBI would refuse to listen (don't know).

The context was the FBI report returned nothing - Biden was arguing it was worthless because it didn't provide ammunition against Thomas (vetting a SC nominee).

Besides, Anita Hill gave testimony to the Judicial Committee prior to any FBI involvement.

Many, many cases are simply he said/she said. I am not just talking about sexual assault cases. But I find it disgusting that people simply discount the story because it wasn't reported timely. I'd wager that every single male on this board has a family member that was sexually assaulted that never reported it.

I’ve had to be a witness in two separate horse**** rape accusations, 14 and 8 years ago. Lies happen all the time. Women know this crap is stacked heavily in their favor and the trashiest ones take full advantage of it.
