Could be true, could be false. If we only had an investigatory bureau, like a federal one, that could ask to speak to her, maybe we could better assess her honesty.
No matter how hard you clowns try, it wint delay the vote until the midterms. Your party is desperate and stupid. When ginsburgh dies, you are in serious troubleCould be true, could be false. As Vanity Fair reported yesterday, there are concerns in the WH of people corroborating Ford's story. One may have just surfaced.
Where is the crime here that lies within their jurisdiction counselor? They already concluded their background check. They took the info, appended it the file, and fwd’d to the WH as they should.Could be true, could be false. With you being a lawyer, I'm surprised you're so careless with a word like "corroborating."
Despite the length of the letter, the entirety of the "corroboration" is this sentence and a half: "This incident did happen. Many of us heard about it at school..."
Who did Ms King hear it from? What did that person know of the incident and how did he or she know it?
She spends more time talking about getting stood up by Mark Judge than she does "corroborating" the incident. I also find it interesting that she asked a guy to prom despite having heard that he participated in an attempted sexual assault.

Don't see a whole lot of connection. Kavanaugh's being interviewed for a job currently. That's it. Like I said a few days ago, the senate can vote against him if they don't like his tie. Removing him from the DC circuit would/should require more evidence.
The argument is he's not fit for a life time appointment on the court. If he's not fit of the SCOTUS, why is he fit for arguably the second highest court.
I'll ask another way - should he be fit for the DC Circuit if you think he's unfit for SCOTUS (which you've already accused him of being a liar under oath).
