Her testimony will also include: I can't remember where it happened, I can't remember when it happened. So I do think he should be heard and even every one of the 65 women who signed on saying they have always known him to be nothing but great.Yeah, I'm not sure that's a wise choice.

Actually the original motion of the court granted by a different associate judge was to grant the sale of the property and a trustee was appointed to execute. Then a later motion was filed to dismiss by plaintiff. But you discounted that information. I’d say there isn’t enough information listed in the summary to draw your conclusion.Oh noooooos. You got her know.
Did you even read the docket? Saw no adverse decisions in there. Looks like there was a motion by plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case that was granted. Hardly the thing that engenders rancor.

Agreed it was resolved outside of the court and that the judge was merely a documentaton executive That does not mean there was no rancor. There is nothing to indicate what the feelings were one way or the other. It's quite clear from this docket that the parties were resolving the matter behind the scenes. The judge wasn't doing anything in this case other than signing papers that were likely drafted by the parties.
