Well, each state has a bar. Generally speaking, the bar gets involved in investigation when a bar member has a complaint filed against them. The bar, generally investigates bar complaints. They have nothing to do with this process or lack of one.

Each state is different, if a person has a criminal conviction that can be an issue in some states, but generally the bar has no authority to determine anything like this, generally speaking. She isn't his client.

I mean the bar isn't going to your old home town from 35+ years ago and digging up the last time you got **** faced and grabbed someone's funbags.

There could be an investigation in Maryland based on information or a complaint, but she hasn't done so that we know of as of right now, but that won't be a FBI investigation.
