Kavanaugh Confirmation

Yes, I know. She has a fear of flying but still flies occasionally. You got her now.

It was a stall tactic. No one is that stupid. Well yeah there is, the ones that want to say he’s guilty til proven innocent. Even they won’t be happy with the final vote after he’s confirmed.

Look, you need to blame your fellow Dim leadership for not asking for an investigation in July when DiFi has this on her desk. So HELL NO, I’m not going to your pity party.

Thx!

This is the part where I say I’m a dude and it’s my only thought process but , I don’t understand the two door thing . I think I’m missing something but I’d rather have bars on the windows and a hell of a safety door instead of having two points of entry if I was afraid of someone . I don’t get that part .
Maybe she felt she needed an alternate exit, considering her testimony was that she had to walk by her attackers to go back out the front door? Just spit-balling here, as I don't feel as though I've heard much of anything incriminating today.

Yes, she flies quite often, and she was flying in the area last month and up to Delaware, then she said she wishes Congress would have came to CA. Her statements go to her credibility, she was trying to imply she had to go to DC.
I don't think the stuff about her supposed fear of flying makes her allegation any less credible, but it is kind of odd. Perhaps she just didn't want to come to DC to tell the story; she wanted to "play a home game" and have them come to her. When asked why, instead of saying "because I wanted you to come to me," she mentions a fear of flying, which perhaps she actually does have but can deal with it. Just a better-sounding answer.

Congress said they would come to her, which is what was mentioned right after she said that.

I would say it made her less credible but her story makes very little sense to even consider credibility.

Credibility has nothing to do with this... not really... there are almost no facts or even contested facts.

- she was at a party/gathering with depending one which testimony, 5-7 people
- she has no idea who's house it was
- she has very little idea where the house was
- she has no idea what year or date or month
- she has no idea how she got "there"
- she has no idea how she got home even though it was miles away at the least and maybe 10-15 minute drive
- her and her best friend never discussed this, even though she ran out of the house
- her best friend says none of this happened and she doesn't know Kavanaugh nor met him
- other people from the "party" has said it didn't happen
- she was assaulted by either 1 or 2 people or assisted... but she doesn't know
- she screamed but nobody came
- she ran out of house but nobody went after her to find out what was going on, even her best friend
- she has no idea who is paying her bills
- she doesn't know if it was 1 or 2 people that assaulted or assisted
- she hasn't filed a criminal complaint
- she hasn't turned over doctors notes which would validate some of this potentially
- she says she has a fear of flying but flies all the time

Again, as long as he doesn't botch this he will get probably 52 or 53 votes to be confirmed. She didn't do anything to prove he done anything

It is a frightening thought that we are literally witnessing a form of trial, where the guilt or innocence of a man is being decided by how he and his accuser "seem" to the jury (Senate Judiciary Committee and the American public) and by our political party affiliation. Throwing out the burden of evidence would mark a historic moment in the legal system of this country.

Nah, he knows whats coming. He will remain calm
He's already volunteered some irrelevant info in an attempt to defend himself (the virgin thing), and that was in a Fox News (friendly) interview setting. He's gonna have to keep his cool and just answer the question that is asked. He's used to being the person asking the questions.

Really you can't be that dense, or maybe you can be.
Vicadin and a couple of comfort cats make flying pretty easy i am sure

They are going to badger Kavanaugh and he'll probably lose his cool. If so, bye bye to his bench chances.
Bad look. With all kinds of heinous evidence against Strzok, by his own hand, they congratulated him as a American hero who deserves a medal. To K, with no credible evidence against him, they'll fire brand him with a scarlet "R".
