Kavanaugh Confirmation

Santorum on CNN even saying she was authentic and credible.

Her story doesn't make much sense at this point, as I have noted above... maybe she will shine more light on the subject after lunch.

At this point, she can't point to one person to collaborate really any portion of her story and yet we had all types of witnesses.

Who was at the party. Polygraphs are junk anyway and have no bearing on anything other than the polygrapher's wallet.
Yeah. theres a reason why they aren't used anymore and they've been delegated to palm reading types.

I find the inconsistency with her account of the test and "all these questions" to the account by the polygrapher of two questions to be interesting.

How many times do you all think K will say he has never done anything like that or had knowledge of anything like that ever happening? Use the Fox interview for reference.

Personally, I think he should use the hrc defense. It’s legit and it works.

It wasn’t his intent....

what makes that statement less true than Ford? If he didnt do it, what else can he give without having the time frame ?

Not sure what your point is. I'm sure it's valid, though.
If he was mistaken as to the law that's not being dishonest necessarily, lawyers, judges, etc. are mistaken as to the law all the time, which is why you have appeals processes.

Whether he was underage drinking is really immaterial.

KAVANAUGH GIRLFRIEND DENIES 1998 ASSAULT DESCRIBED IN ANONYMOUS LETTER, NBC REPORT

A federal judge who says she may be the woman described in a cryptic, anonymous letter accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of assault in 1998 told the Senate Judiciary Committee that Kavanaugh never attacked her, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

TheDCNF obtained email traffic between Republican committee staffers and Judge Dabney Friedrich who says she dated Kavanaugh in 1998, the approximate time frame during which an unnamed person told senators that Kavanaugh “sexually and aggressively” pushed a woman he was dating up against the wall.

“To the extent the attached letter is referring to me as the ‘friend who was dating him,’ the allegations it makes are both offensive and absurd,” Friedrich wrote in a letter to the committee. “At no time did Brett ever shove me against a wall, including in an ‘aggressive and sexual’ manner. When we dated, Brett always treated me with the utmost respect and we remain friends to this day. I have never observed (nor am I aware of) Brett acting in a physically inappropriate or aggressive manner toward anyone.”
