Kavanaugh Confirmation

So, the talking heads are basically saying that, at this point, it is impossible to corroborate/prove or disprove the story with no specific details/location/witnesses. What is the judgment then? Are we innocent unless proven guilty?

It's interesting to me that her recounts of how this affected her none of them are about the years immediately after the alleged event.

If she was 15 and didn't go to college until 17 there are 2 years where the only thing she recalled is she bumped into Judge but wasn't apparently shocked, nervous or embarrassed to see him.

I would ask if she continued to attend those type parties after the alleged event.

I'd also ask if her friend who was alleged to be at the party ever asked? "Hey, where did you go?" "Why did you just leave the party without saying anything?"
Even her friend denies knowing anything about this.

Truth doesn't matter here........at all

Depends. I'd have to see pictures of the house to determine what would be the most aesthetically-pleasing. If we're talking qualtiy solid wood, stained and sealed, with nice hardware, could be $5000 or up per door.
depends on the exterior wall. is it block or frame? if frame, I'd reckon 2-3 grand for a regular door. But like you said, depending on door quality, hardware, etc. I can see 5-7 grand with a block exterior. and 3-5 with a frame.

Not where I can watch, has she presented anything evidentiary today?
No. The general consensus seems to be that K is in trouble because she comes across as credible, as opposed to him being in trouble because evidence has been presented.

This is a very dangerous place that our country now finds ourselves in.

Which details were that?

Who was at the party. Polygraphs are junk anyway and have no bearing on anything other than the polygrapher's wallet.

- she clearly didn't know if it was 1 or 2 people that assaulted her or assisted
- she doesn't know where "there" is
- she has no idea how she got "there"
- or how she got home from "there"
- different testimony as to the people at the party
- she has no idea who's house it was
- she clearly doesn't have a fear of flying or enough to stop her on a regular basis to fly
- she implied (possibly tried to lie) that congress wouldn't go to CA

Next up.

- did any of your friends at the party inquire as to why you ran out of the house? Why not? Isn't that strange?

Kavanaugh couldn't help himself from lying on a softball Fox interview, his credibility issues should factor into the bigger picture.

This is America. You are held and guilty until proven otherwise.
