BTW, I agree with you that he's a swamp candidate based on his prior work history for Ken Starr and the Dubya admin. I don't hold the fact that he came from he privileged background and went to Yale against him though.

have any of them given actual testimony? pretty sure they have all been avoiding that. also it would help if any of them had actually pressed charges or gone to the cops/FBI.

I know with the Ford case 4 of the 5 people have given sworn testimony on the "incident". they all agree it wasn't Kavanaugh. the only person who hasn't is the accuser. Ford can't remember ANY details but that it was Ford and has been inconsistent in what she has said/told people.

Rameriz (sp?)has only testified that she saw Kavanaugh drinking. that isn't going to get him out of the SCOTUS.

and this last lady has also not sworn to anything.

Conspiratorial, haha, its in the court records. Debra Katz's law firm was crazy bitch's attorney in yet another sexual harassment case against New York Life in 2000. Its called a fact. Only a stupid idiot would have believe that crazy bitch, I mean its so crazy that I'm sure she will say she gave birth to an alien baby next. Hiding this fact was very important, but its almost an impossibility in today's technology world.

My guess the creepy porn lawyer (how he hasn't been disbarred is a mystery) wasn't told, but then again, he's such a retard... it might have not mattered to him.

If they both accuser and accused get to get a chance to testify during the hearing then yes you will have a better idea of the credibility of each.

That is what juries do all day everyday across this country. They judge the credibility and believability of witnesses and then form an opinion and memorialize that opinion on a verdict form.

My statement was roleplay..a play on exactly what all of the accusers have said. You are saying we havent heard the testimony yet you have already condemned the dude. See the problem yet? A female can accuse a guy of anything she wants and you rush to take her side facts be damned. And in this case there ARE NO FACTS. It is literally all hearsay...and all but disproved hearsay.

Right now there is no way to prove her wrong so perjury and slander against her is off the table, but if she gets more specific, she could say something that can be disproved and then she can be held liable. I bet she remains very vague on details that can be proven wrong. Just my guess.

So Katz represented Swetnick nearly 20 years ago. Katz now represents Ford. From these data points you infer that Katz is somehow behind Swetnick's story. You honestly don't see any gaps of logic there? You realize that over an attorney's career, especially one as long as Katz's, that she's going to represent hundreds if not thousands of clients.
