defamation/false claims are certainly a possibility but I am seeing a civil case not a criminal one. and if K gets confirmed I would hope he doesn't get tied down in some civil litigation. prove them all wrong and do his job.

I never claimed otherwise. I have been waiting for today's hearings. My statement was one of general terms made in response to someone that said behavior from 15-17 should not really count against someone because he wasn't a serial rapist.

There is absolutely zero corroboration and like it or not many of us absolutely demand that. And in your first comment of the morning on this you played the rape card on K.

However every single person the victim named that should be able to corroborate her claim, one a long time friend, failed to do so and supports Kavanaugh’s version of events? Were not going to conveniently ignore that for you.

Nothing will happen to the attorneys or law firms, we could have rock solid evidence they conspired to fabricate this whole thing and nothing would happen. They're lawyers, they can say almost anything without repercussion.
