does anyone know if CLK has recruited him hard or if for some reason he feels like he doesn't feel wanted by CLK?

Stokes does seem scared of the competition perhaps. You have to understand his concern with the QB situation, but honestly good coaching will change all that. Perhaps Crompton was slightly overrated coming out of high school, but he was a highly touted recruit, as well as Coleman and somewhat with Stephens. Stokes has to have faith in the program... if he doesn't, then we don't want him here! (But he would definitely be a great addition with that lightening speed).

If he came great, if not I wouldn't worry. As far as Malik ever playing at UF at qb, no way in hell. Brantley is the guy after Tim and Trey Burton(class of 2010 commitment) is the future after that. I can't see Malik ever playing qb at big time school at this point. If these kids think that's going to happen its nonsense.

You would think that Stokes would be Stoked to be playing for Kiffin and his offense. Look how many USC WR's are playing on Sundays. Maybe he wanted to play on a mediocre Fulmer team, but being the #1 guy. Who knows?

If Stokes was smart he would've watched the USC offense today. He would have watched how Damian Williams was being used and then put himself in that role.

yep stokes already visited and Kiffin flew out there for his only in-house like 2-3weeks ago...so it's gonna take some phone calls and quite a bit of slippery tongue to keep stokes. We still have a chance IMO but it's not looking too good. He's got all those UF Mich and Ill. kids in his ear at the US Army AA game.

Kiffin isn't going to offer his brother, certainly not as a QB. I think that eliminates us in the end. We'll see.

He hasn't said it openly...but they have talked about playing together in the past...but to answer your question...no, not since he started wavering has he mentioned the reason as his brother, but you have to think that is playing a huge part in it. But, you can't really blame the guy, I would want to play with my brother too. If Je'ron wants to go pro, he might not want to let that play such a big role in his decision.

i think someone said his brother Malik was at the Jr. dat today at the Army all star game and had a good showing. i think he wants to play QB but i think everyone is considering him as an athlete. have u heard anything about that?
