Just curious and of course continue to rock out with it, but why do you feel the need to ensure everyone uses lawyer speak to ensure every detail of this case is discuss in the manner you want it to be discussed? That was never said. You just can't read and follow comments. I never once said the U Turn is what started all this mess.
You literally are quoting a snipit of an entire comment. So dumb
My dad, didnt teach me alot, but he did tell me once..."Never do two illegal things at once"Yes that was the only part I had any remote problem with.
“He consented to a car search and they found nothing in his car.
Obviously being out late is suspect but to say he was lucky to not get a field sobriety test or drug test is dumb.
Remember this is all over a wrong U turn. I'm sure that screamed the driver being under the influence”
I do not believe all of this is over a wrong U turn. I believe it is over the fact Banks drove that night, when he shouldn’t have.......then everything else happened.
I guess it's good that we're not playing North Carolina this season.Since they are not going to punish him I think they have to throw there full support behind him...........They can have a video play during time outs that starts with his video "back where I come from we shoot at cops" then Kenny Chesneys "Back where I come from" plays with a montage of Memphis and various cops getting shot in tv shows and movies. It will be a feel good for all!

This funny anywhere other than north K-Town?Since they are not going to punish him I think they have to throw there full support behind him...........They can have a video play during time outs that starts with his video "back where I come from we shoot at cops" then Kenny Chesneys "Back where I come from" plays with a montage of Memphis and various cops getting shot in tv shows and movies. Literally my whole comment was in response to the guy saying he was lucky he didn’t get a UI charge.
The stop all started because of a U Turn and that doesn’t scream someone is under the influence.
Keep trolling.
You never said the “stop” occurred because of a U turn.......not in any of the comments. You said “this” which would refer back to what you both were talking about, you guys were not talking solely about a “stop”.......and it would include all.
But hey keep on schooling me.
Read the comment I was responding too. It was solely about being under the influence or not. You’ve shown you can’t comprehend that comments are mostly responses to other comments here.
If you guys can keep arguing for another 12 hours or so, I think I can contact Guinness. Or you can drink some Guinness to loosen up a bit.
When you’re season goes to crap players get into trouble off the field and quit on the field.Kids today can’t handle adversity,
Find out the number to your night judge or judicial commissioner in your town and ask him if someone made statements in your presence to do you harm and see what his next question will be. It will be did you feel threatened? Warrant given. After you file a report of course. But just call and askFirst off, people don't "form their own feelings". We feel. We can, to some extent, train ourselves ahead of time so that when situations occur, we don't overreact based on feelings, but we don't wait for a situation, then decide how we're going to feel about it.
Secondly, huh? The very point I made was that the officer's feelings do not enter into this at all. Just because someone doesn't feel threatened doesn't mean that threats weren't made. How in the world could you interpret that to mean that he or she isn't capable of feelings and opinions.
If that merits a dismissal, we might as well close down our sports programs.
He was angry and said something very wrong. But, dismissal? Would our rivals?
