Well, FYI I had to use it twice... Got replaced once and the second time they gave me a better model... Both Manufactures didn't cover- dead pixels.

Sell yourself a better TV next time, FYI.

I stick with Samsung and Sony products and I've never had to worry about a warranty. Always work flawlessly

Okay. I've got to go to bed. Can y'all hold off on this reignition of ITC until tomorrow. Mods will blow up the good stuff tonight.

Shows your ignorance... Electronics are electronics...

Which shows your ignorance. No, not all electronics are created equal. Pooch?
Care to chime in? This clown must work the register in the electronics department at WalMart.

Obviously some brands have better dependability rates over others... But I've seen every brand that we well come back.

I don't even know where to begin. The difference between a 32" Vizio and a 32" Samsung that is internet app capable is vast.

You're one of the coffee sippers and consumer review type people that will believe what they read... But not what some one tells them... And then a year and half latter expect a refund when their tv breaks down... But shot down the warranty has soon as it's offered.

What I'm saying is there is no brand that breaks everytime and there's not one that never breaks.

You never, ever ever ever, buy a damn warranty. Some company rep sold you so hard, you will rip your own self off.

I have a 50" Vizio which has never given me a problem in almost 5 years.

Then You've been lucky, not every person that gets a warranty has problems.. And vice versa... I've been driving for 5 years never had a ticket never been in even a fender bender, but I have insurance.

I promise you we get probably two customers a month who are doing a warranty replacement.. It saved me 2600 dollars... I paid 1200 for a 1080p samsung In 2007.

I'm not saying you have to buy it, but people are just plain ignorant who think they know for sure they won't use it.

That has zero to do with servicing the piece of sh!t you drive. If I buy car insurance, am I less likely to get in a wreck?

You didn't say that. You said they're all equal. Electronics are electronics.

Yes, there is always a chance it could break.. When a customer ask me, how long will this tv last... Ill give them they hour rating but I can't guarantee it will last even a year.

Vizios are pretty much exclusively a Walmart brand.

2 a month? Out of how many monthly purchases?

I have a Vizio, as well. Sorry to snob out there. I want a better TV, though.

I have a 32 inch vizio in my bedroom, a 60 inch phillips in the living room, the kids each have vizios, and we have a 60 inch lg in the media room and i cant tell a difference between any of them.

saw a 32 inch vizio at walmart for 298. or maybe it was a lg.

by they way my dvd player that is phillips and 17 years old still runs great.

Your job is to sell the product and up-sell the warranty. Of course you don't tell someone it will last 10 years.
