Is Brandon Huntley Hatfield one and done?

Is chandler big enough to defend his position in the nba?
I have wondered the same, and now I'm starting to think it's not so much a matter of being big enough as it is being quick enough. He won't be able to match the length of most NBA PGs, so he will need to depend on his footwork for effective defense imo.

If Springer and Johnson were one and done, I'd say there's a 100% chance BHH and Chandler are one and done.

It's hard to imagine that making a difference if you're a legitimate professional prospect.
Unfortunately, the decision is pretty much about the money and injury. If I offered KC a billion a year for ten years to hang out with me vs play for the Celtics, bet he would be my new best friend.

If pg’s backed their guy down or posted their guy up maybe not. But like another Chris4 said it’s about quickness, footwork and foot speed now.

Think he returns. He’ll be an all conf level player next year. Also gets to play with his boy in bj edwards.

This guy still plays basketball???

He’s transferring to his 4th school for his 5th year. I’m not sure how that even works anymore. He was at UT as a true freshman in 2021-22. Plus UL and NC State - no JUCO years. I thought that 2020-21 was the year that didn’t count against a player’s eligibility. It was the 2019-20 season that ended abruptly.

I honestly think Aidoo, with his personality, suffered a setback mentally with his performance against Purdue. Probably heard the rumbles from the fan base and wanted to go elsewhere
I'm sure there was some of that, but I was thinking he was wanting to have the green light outside of the paint. Can't recall exactly.

BHH just entered the portal again. But, he’s out of NCAA eligibility unless/until the NCAA approves a 5th year for basketball players.

It’s interesting how bad Louisville & NC State both were while BHH was with those programs. Coincidence?

Louisville was 12-52 during BHH’s 2 seasons there, and the coach was fired. (Then, Louisville immediately bounced back all the way to a Top Ten ranking this year as soon as BHH left Louisville for NC State.)

Meanwhile, NC State made the Final Four last year, but went 12-19 this year with BHH, and another coach gets fired.
