I’m not claiming they were not in compliance. I’m claiming the agreement allowed them to enrich uranium. You just said any country that enriches uranium you cannot stop them from obtaining nuclear weapons.

The Obama deal allowed them to continue enriching uranium

Short of occupying a country militarily, there is no stopping a country that has a domestic uranium supply from pursuing a civilian or military nuclear program, if they have a will to do so.

The JCPOA was the best option for monitoring the program.
