Are they doing the math on the 250k casualties and all the crap that likely come with US intervention? I guess the hope is that things work out better than they did in Iraq, and they're desperate

I hope the good people of Iran are not too harshly affected when the US attacks.
In a perfect world only the leaders and supporting military will be.

Found this interesting. Its not exactly on topic, but dont know of a thread it fits better in either. SA already has a relatively formidable air force (in quality, not size. The largest AF in the world is USAF. The 2nd largest AF in the world is the US Navy) Saudi is one of the very few nations we sold F15s like Israel. Eurofighter Typhoons are really solid jets too. Produced by a joint effort of good guys in Western Europe. We are gonna sell them the F35 which will make them among the handful of countries on Earth with a Gen5 aircraft. Trump trying to get exclusive deals in place with them which will boost cash flow to our MIC for this cold war with China we are locked into.
