The fact that we are almost 2 weeks into this and the rationale for taking action still can’t clearly be defined by the people making decisions is a big problem. How about they stop spending our money until they tell us why they are spending it.

No argument from me on those two points. I completely agree.

I just find the "money spent" propaganda to be silly. It's like when Biden left all the equipment behind. We didn't take a financial hit on that decision. The hit was already taken at delivery of those items.

Cost to replace the munitions used on Iran is real though.

Forget about the financial cost the withdrawal from Afghanistan was the catalyst for the war in Ukraine and the massacre of October 7th.

I wasn't talking about regime change. The stated goal is to remove Iran's ability to project military power to the rest of the world and support terrorism across the globe. The regime change is up to the Iranian public and possibly Israel. Those are the parties that have an interest in regime change, our interest is that they be not be a menace and a threat no matter who is in power.

To an extent but he could make the call. Just get on national tv and tell the world Israel is in their own and the USA will not support military action. If they choose this path then all funding will be cut off as will any arms sales.
