Iran

It was an interview on TV dude. If you don't believe me that's fine.
So the purported revelation that Iran was ready to build 11 nuclear bombs was such big news that it... wasn't covered by a single news organization. 😂. Just admit you're wrong and move on eh.
Glad to know you are in favor of sponsoring terrorism.
So do you give money through your purchases of goods to 3rd world countries that employ child labor? Glad to know you are in favor of sponsoring child labor.
Of course he embellished. Who gives a sh!t?
Ohhh minor detail. You know that ol' "we obliterated Iran's nuclear capability" versus "we now must risk American lives again because I lied" chestnut.
Again, if you don't believe this is a major setback then it's more evidence that this is less about the campaign and more about your hatred for Trump. I'm sure you're hoping for the worst.
I'm a realist. If the Iranians are motivated to dig their nuclear program facilities deep enough, we will be eventually unable to reach them with our bunker busters. So the only way that we could stop them - in all likelihood - is either through espionage or boots on the ground.

I can't watch one of these clips of Trump from 2015 without being shocked by how much he's declined neurologically.
Can’t remember who it was, but it was neuroscientists being interviewed. Talked a lot about different compounds in food and supplements to extend neurofunction, etc. and of course all the crap we shouldn’t consume that contributed to more rapid cognitive decline. His point was that there are several age milestones where cognitive function really falls off by a huge percentage, especially if we’re not actively taking care of our brain. It is noticeable, but also natural for a guy that’s 80. I’m all for a maximum age to be POTUS if we have a minimum age of 35. Why not?

When you eat at McDonald's every day at that age it's accelerated rot

Like 65 being the maximum age to start a term as an elected representative of any type.

All for it

Proving his point. Those bombs would also take years to make, not "a couple weeks" or whatever
Witkoff said they had enriched uranium for bombs, not them. Out government has proven to be liars more often than honest. Iranian threats historically have been aimed at Israel, not us... we've openly given them cause to hate us via our relationship with Israel.

From the article:

Iranian officials told their US counterparts during crunch talks last month that the Islamic Republic possessed enough enriched fuel to build 11 nuclear bombs, President Trump’s special envoy claimed Monday night.

“Both the Iranian negotiators said to us directly with, you know, no shame, that they controlled 460 kilograms of 60% [enriched uranium],” Steve Witkoff told Fox News host Sean Hannity, “and they’re aware that that could make 11 nuclear bombs, and that was the beginning of their negotiating stance.”

“Jared and I opened up with the Iranian negotiators telling us they had the inalienable right to enrich all their nuclear fuel that they possessed. That’s how they opened up,” Witkoff recounted.

“The 60% material, Sean, can be brought to 90%, that’s weapons-grade, in roughly one week, maybe 10 days at the outside. The 20% can be brought to weapons-grade inside of three to four weeks.”

Yeah, that's used to convince stupid people that Iran is about to bomb us

Iranian negotiators told the US that they possess enough uranium enriched to 60% to create nuclear material sufficient for bombs, the Trump administration's special envoy Steve Witkoff told Sean Hannity on Fox News on Monday night.

Notably, Iran would have needed at least two years to actually make a nuclear bomb.

Agree. They’re pretty deep already to the point it might take boots on the ground anyway, even with the damage we did with B2s, but time is not on their side as it stands now. I look at it like the dept of transportation problem in building out interstates through bigger cities. If you think you need two more lanes, add three or four.

My father was a very intelligent man. He died at 83 because of louibody dementia. Physically he would have made it to his 90s easily. Some of the things Biden was doing and now Trump is doing remind me a lot of my father’s progression. The type my father had was a rapid decline but the similarities are still there.

We should stop electing 80 year olds and being surprised when they decline

Because some people don't lose their wits until very late in life if ever. I knew a woman who lived to 106 and she was as sharp as a bright 50 year old when she died. As rare as good lawmakers are, we shouldn't needlessly exclude good ones from office. Impairment should be noticeable and cause a candidate to lose in the primaries.

Witkoff also claimed that he and Kushner, on behalf of the US, offered to provide Iran nuclear fuel for the next decade on the condition it was not used for any weapons program.

“They rejected that, which told us at that very moment that they had no — no notion of doing anything other than retaining enrichment for the purpose of weaponizing.”

That’s gospel truth right there! I haven’t eaten fast food for a long time now and it was rare anyway before I cut it out. (Buc-ees doesn’t count as fast food, btw). But I’m also not the sharpest spoon in the bedside table, so I need all the help I can get.

You still haven't realized that Monty's point was there is nothing to back up the claim except "Witkoff said so," and you keep doing it again lol. Others who were there say he's lying, as well as the article describing how this had been in the works for several months

MARGARET BRENNAN: What has Iran agreed to, to you, that they have never done before? Can you give us any sense?

MINISTER ALBUSAIDI: The single most important achievement, I believe, is the agreement that Iran will never, ever have a nuclear material that will create a bomb. This is, I think, a big achievement. This is something that is not in the old deal that was negotiated during President Obama's time. This is something completely new. It really makes the enrichment argument less relevant, because now we are talking about zero stockpiling. And that is very, very important, because if you cannot stockpile material that is enriched then there is no way you can actually create a bomb, whether you enrich or don't enrich. And I think this is really something that has been missed a lot by the media, and I want to clarify that from the standpoint of a mediator.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So explain that. So the enriched material, things that could be used as nuclear fuel for a bomb, you're saying Iran would not keep on their own soil?

MINISTER ALBUSAIDI: They would give it up.
