I am in my recovery week before going in to the HARD stuff!! It's Core Cardio and Balance all week for me, but it still makes you sweat. Good stuff.
 
Another one in the books, 3 to go. This workout actually gets harder as the week goes by, because everything is getting fatigued faster.
 
Just ordered it :eek:hmy: Read some reviews and decided to combo this with a strength workout 2-3 times a week. Wish me luck
 
It is VERY effective!! I am right at 200lbs, and still have 25lbs to lose after losing 40 in 7 weeks. I repeated 2 weeks of the workouts, mainly because I couldn't finish them at first. Now, I can, am in the 5th week on the calendar, then I am going into the hard stuff in the 6th week.
 
Awesome. I can't wait to get it started. I can never keep a cardio routine up out of sheer boredom so I think this might do the trick. Even if it kills me
 
Hopefully, I will be starting this after I get back from vacation. I just need to find somewhere that has it for a "good price".

Will do man, It's been pretty inspiring to read how well you've done with it. I hope that lifting weights 2-3 times a week will minimize my muscle loss while on the program. How much longer do you have left?
