Not sure about direct shots at Freeze, but it would seem to indicate that our next hire will be to Pruitt what Cuonzo Martin was to Bruce Pearl. You don't use the word "integrity" a dozen times in 3 minutes and then sign off on hiring a guy who was fired from his last job for utilizing escort services with a state-issued phone.I don’t think the multiple “integrity” lines from Randy Boyd was an accident. That seemed to me it was direct shots at Freeze.
Well they repeated it 4 times with Kiffin, Dooley, Butch, and Pruitt. You know what they say about insanity. Plus, they’ve already said we’re using a search firm again. When I hear the words “search firm,” I equate that to “we’re doomed.”I think they know bad how they fed up the last four hires. They aren’t crazy.
No and neither are you. And he isn’t a likely option so bashing other candidates to prop up Freeze? I don’t have a dog in this fight. After the last two hires, I’m not going to get invested in any of these candidates. It wasn’t just the hookers- Ole Miss was lost postseason and scholarships for impermissible payments.Dude....he got caught.
He wasn't rapping little children or insulting recruits parents.
I've known multiple pastors that have messed around.
Coaches are on the road a lot.
He got caught. He has paid for that.
You're not Christ, so it doesn't matter if you believe he is genuine or not.
Fellas, I'm fully confident the decisions on AD and coach have already been made and are wrapping up now. I also think they were made by businessmen with the money to clean up this mess of a program - with the understanding that administrators, bureaucrats and Fulmer stay out of the way, letting them make the business decisions - and pay any bills.
Fulmer likely lost his battle to retain his man Pruitt another year, so was provided a graceful exit in order to let it all go down. I'm betting the next coach wanted Steele and UT moved early to wrap that hire up with his endorsement. I'm also guessing the infractions are not so severe and won't kill us. Pruitt will probably sue and settle. Not an insider, or psychic, I just have a reliable political sense for correctly reading/estimating organizational behavior. I'm also guessing the favored coach was selected weeks ago. Perhaps Freeze - since he was the big name with all the interest / buzz at the time these decisions were likely made..
After all that organizational thought, Freeze is absolutely , undeniably and bet the farm on it NOT our next coach.Fellas, I'm fully confident the decisions on AD and coach have already been made and are wrapping up now. Obviously, their are many other possibilities, but I don't see how you can preclude the possibility of Freeze . If the people paying the bills are in charge this time, they will make a decision based upon performance potential, not politics. After all that organizational thought, Freeze is absolutely , undeniably and bet the farm on it NOT our next coach.
