I’d be impressed but I’m expecting Liberty’s defense to show up and make life difficult for Chadwell’s O. Honestly looking forward to that game more than any other this year

I think you are right. And I think Freeze out coaches him. I’m a big fan of Coastal and they are a dang good football game. But had they been forced to fly to BYU the day before the game then it’s a totally different outcome. I can’t wait for this game. Should be very interesting. I’m actually picking Liberty to win because they have extra time to prepare for the Coastal offense which is a bit unique

The Florida game that we won under Butch was fun but I agree with your general point. I was at that Halloween game, pouring down rain but was still a blast. I thought we had the start of something special when Kiffin was here.

I’ve got a friend who has been fishing buddies with Freeze since his time at OM. He’s the godliest man I’ve ever known and his daughter is on Freeze’s staff at Liberty. If he’s comfortable sending his daughter to work for Freeze, that tells me all I need to know.

Anyone will do almost anything to save their livelihood. I’ve been forced to do things at my golf course that I’d normally never do because a few members(insert boosters). If the boss says do it you either do it or loose your job. Who says it’s totally on Hugh for what happened? Humans will do crazy things if there cornered. Not defending his decisions but understanding a possibility in his position

That week CC played BYU, they were supposed to play Liberty.

Ive watched that BYU game twice since. I get that impression they were kind of ambushed by Coastal.
You watch BYU dismantle UCF the way they did, and you wonder how Coastal beat them.

Coastal's CB's are so underrated. I think they shut Libertys passing game down and force them to try and run right at them.
And I think they do with success.

It should be a good game and i think Liberty will be a little too much for Coastal Carolina and get the win in a shootout 28-24.
