This exactly right. Just a tic slow in reacting. Against a good defense you cannot be a tic slow and have any success

Our oline was the reason we loss. Period. So right on. The defense could of been a lot better but they were gassed at the start of the 4th

Our running backs must suck too... orrrrr... it was our OL... well that’s talent.. wait, we have Smith, Mays, Wright, Morris, etc... must have something to do with OL coach.

Agreed, I have had zero confidence in JG for years... however today, he didn’t have a chance

I mean, is our oline coach really coaching our oline to "just let the guy run by you" I just find it hard to believe to be frank

Every other school in the SEC will snatch a failing QB and put a freshman in if they have to but not UT Butch woulnt now Pruitt wont . Just keep sending the same guy out their and expecting a different result . JG is not going to win any games with a tough opponent and struggle to beat average teams. Heck GA has a 4th string walk on as their QB because the coaches didnt like the other Highly recruited 3 and he was better than JG

What’s JG’s 40 time? One day he’ll wake up and be 40. He’ll tell his kids “I used to run a 4.xx 40.” When he does I hope they ask him to show them the tape of his speed. That is the only bad thing I wish on him.

Pruitt is at fault for letting him keep playing. Pruitt is clearly better than Jones.

Can blame the OLINE..absolutely
But when given time JG chose to check down...and throw short....if your a DC and you know the QB cant make throws in coverage...you bring the house...UGA did that.....

Say what you want about 8th year senior, JG, had any other of the Vols QBs played, it would have been MUCH worse!

Those two JG TD passes were beautiful.

That overrated O-line was getting JG killed. This was just of case of playing the best defense in the nation.

We dont know if it would have been worse...no else plays but JG.

Please stop the nonsense. This was a tale of two halves. We were aggressive in the 1st half. We got after it and created opportunities.

2nd half was conservative. Gave the initiative and it multiplied on us.

Facts: UGA and Bama are better. Everyone else is up for grabs. Go Vols!!!!
