What does this mean for Hooker?
Does Hendon become a career backup automatically?
Barring a catastrophe to Goff (injury, back slide, etc.), does Hooker ever see the field, let alone start a game?
Should Hooker think about moving on after the rookie contract expires?

Pat Ryan and Bobby Scott.Bobby was a great UT qb with top-flight teams here and did well in the pros.He was drafted and was the back-up to Archie at New Orleans for years.Not a bad way to go at all.

Baker Mayfield level contract and you think that’s too much?

Goff got one of the lowest level starting QB contracts imaginable

Back up QBs have shown to be one of most important players to have quality over last couple years. Hooker will get his shot. If not, he will have a high value for Detroit to trade to get other pieces. Heck, Giants should trade for him NOW!!!
