This whole situation is so strange for me to understand. Pruitt had to know before meeting with Henry T that he was about to get canned right? If so, why would the administration allow him to spend the resources to travel to CA? I hope we get some clarification over the next few weeks on what exactly went down.

You’ve been here for 9 years and you still believe the “insiders”? Lovie’s plane is circling Tyson McGhee, Gruden will be our next coach (x2), Jesse Scroggins - come on down...etc. etc. etc.

At this point, you’ve got to know nobody really knows a darn thing.

Henry T has been a little disappointing...he really struggles when he has to drop into coverage but he is very good in the run game. I'm glad he's coming back and hopefully with some better coaching he'll get better in the pass game

This youngster must have really given it a LOT of thought knowing what was coming. So for all the gloom and doom out there HT is a very bright ray of sunshine for Vol football for coming back.

He isnt going to the draft this offseason. If he leaves, he would likely not be heading to a lower level school, and he would have a chance to actually be developed and show out. I thinks he is quite good, just needed better coaching.

Whether folks are happy with the firing or not, this is the worst day in UT football history, and there is no way to spin it any other way. We will likely feel the effects for many years to come. That alone is the sad part.

The roster was not great this morning, and it will likely get worse in the next few days.
