If Rickon does make it to House Umber or Manderly it would fall in line with the Grand Northern Conspiracy against House Bolton.
Game of Thrones: The Grand Northern Conspiracy
No I just think its bad strategy for Dorne to go to war with the 2 most powerful houses in the Kingdom.
What are all the rules for white walkers? How does somebody come back to life as a white walker? Is it magic in the region? Is it if you get killed by white walkers? I can't remember this detail.
North of the Wall, Craster was sacrificing his newborn sons to the White Walkers, and then later we saw the WW leader (The Night's King) convert a baby into a White Walker. That's about the extent of the explanation we have for how they're created in either book or show. They can also raise the dead as wights, which make up the bulk of their fighting force.
Hopefully we learn more this season. Maybe through Bran.

Dude, put the damn spoiler tag on **** like this. Some people do not want to see and have purposely avoided these pictures for a fing reason.
So maybe their numbers were thin for centuries until Craster started giving them some replacements? Could explain why the wildlings were living up their okay until recently?
Lol b&$%#ing about spoilers still. There is no such thing as a spoiler right now. If you think conjecture and opinion is a spoiler, then you need to avoid the thread.
Avoiding pictures like this? This doesn't MEAN anything. And most people think Snow is coming back anyways.
I think he is resurrected because of these pictures from the set. Jon Snow never wore the clothing a Stark.
I guess that depends on whether they have finite lifespans. If they do, it would probably be necessary for them to make arrangements like that to reinforce their numbers. After being dormant for years, whatever stirred them now must be pretty important.
it pisses me off that people always have to stick their noses into **** that's supposed to be kept secret, and post it all over the web for all to see. completely ruins the fun and surprise. (not directed at you by the way. only towards the asshat who took that pic and/or posted it online)
also, i'd probably spoiler tag that if you're gonna post it in here. i mean we don't know for sure if that actually gives away anything, but i'd say it most likely does. i can't speak for everybody, but had I not already seen that photo before you posted it in here, i would have been pretty annoyed.
How about when one is raped and murdered? He still did nothing. He needed to be relieved.
Dorne combined with the north(led by Snow) and the entire East(led by Daenerys) going against the Lannisters isn't lopsided against Dorne. IMO.
Of course they all have a bigger issue that they aren't even thinking about.
Dany won't be siding with the North. Hates the Starks. It will be more of a triple threat match than a handicap. Also Dorne and the North are 2 of the poorest and least populated of the 7 kingdoms
