I haven't heard of him having lots of great options. He may have jumped out of the boat a little too quick... and may not have a way back in.If there were a formal announcement that he is returning? I might buy it. He is not coming back to be a third stringer again. I think there is a greater chance Garth Brooks becomes an opera star.
The most honest part of recruiting is silent honesty. "If they aren't calling, they don't want you."I'd like to have him back (we need depth at QB), but given that he left during the season, I don't see it happening.
He does seem to be struggling to find a transfer location. Georgia Tech was interested, but they already have another transfer, so I think they passed on Bailey. Grass isn't always greener.
I don't think it was the case with HB but many players are likely being told to leave and that they won't have a scholarship with their current program. The one year penalty against the player made that more difficult for programs in the past. The portal made it a near necessity to move players out who can't help you.Not every kid that enters the portal gets a new team. If this continues, a strong narrative against the portal will develop unless you are a key contributor.

So far... no one seems to think of him as the greater option. At least not in P-5.Honestly, he should go to PSU. They are short on QBs, has a clear path to compete for starting nod, if not then go to a non-P5 school where he can get better stats. Not sure who was interested in him right now, but there are still quite a few schools with lesser QBs out there. I can't see him coming back here now after leaving mid-season.
Yeah I have no ill will toward the kid, but his fans were worse than Ferguson fanboys and almost as insufferable as the BJ Coleman fan club.I mean I’m shocked that he hasn’t found a spot on a playoff caliber team yet. Given how many were saying he would be beating our brains out with Georgia for the rest of his college career.
All kidding aside I hope he finds a good situation where he can be happy. His “fans” sometimes make it hard to pull for him.
Not enough grit to play at a place like PSU. Needs a place like Vanderbilt, but outside the SEC. Maybe Duke or some place uppity like that.Honestly, he should go to PSU. He might know something that we don`t. I have a hard time thinking that Milton is content on riding the pine if he wants to play on Sunday. I wonder if there will be a position change for Milton. If so maybe he thinks he would move up to #2 on the depth chart. And have a better chance of getting on the field if Hooker were to get injured. But I don't know. Maybe he does know where he is going.A couple minutes ago this was shared on his social media accounts. Just speculation on my part, but thought it definitely left room for it being a possibility.

Pretty sure Milton can't transfer again without sitting a year or getting an NCAA waver. He used his "one time without sitting" transfer to get to UT.He might know something that we don`t. Yes, the player technically CAN return but it's unlikely they will be accepted. Do you want a guy back who clearly wanted to leave?Help me on this:
If a player declares for the transfer portal but doesn’t receive any offers or chooses not to accept any offers, the player is technically able to return to his original team?
What if the original team does not want the player back? What happens then?
Wait a minute... he had a fan club and website??? LOLI think a lot of players have greatly overestimated the desire for their services and the number of kids languishing in the portal reflects this.
Spend more time developing QB skills instead of putting up a God-awful website and fan club should be the first order of business. I hope he didn't pay anyone for that mess.
