Gun control debate (merged)

MAGA, b*tches! Let's get some more guns up in this house, because mo guns = mo safe.

All that proves is that only certain black lives matter and lots of people committed suicide. The majority of that blood is on democrats' hands.

So absolutely no indication of causation or even correlation. What a lazy argument. Seems like with how "solid" your argument is you would at least provide some of either.

Also it's funny that you throw in MAGA since Trump was the biggest anti-2A president we have had. He got more stuff banned, and enacted more anti-gun laws, than anyone else since the assault weapon ban.

I love how clueless you really are. You are at least as dumb as Trump's supporters.

What anti-gun laws did Trump enact?

Yes I know about the bump stop ban but that was more of a property rights infringement than a 2A so I'm curious what anti-2A laws did he enact.

The universal background expansions, and maintaining the ban on guns on federal land.

I went and looked and it wasnt passed under Trump but he did support the requirement of stores having to maintain records of the gun sales. So a little less anti-2A than I thought I remembered with regards to actually signed.

BGCs were expanded? I missed that.
Stores have always (since inception of the program) had to maintain 4473s until they go out of business.
There is no universal ban on firearms on federal land. Federal parks, wildlife refuges ext follow the law of the state they are in.

The gun show "loophole" was closed. The time the FBI had to respond was expanded before it was considered a pass.

And it wasnt keeping the 4473, it was records of the gun sales identifying the buyer and gun sold. But it didnt pass, so I guess I shouldnt include it.

Huh? What gun show loophole and how was it closed?
NICS always had 3 days to deny as far as I can remember. Form 4473 is the form recording the buyer and serial number of the gun and since it's inception FFLs have had to keep them until they go out of business.

The only thing that comes to mind is the ATF (under Biden, not Trump) has apparently turned the screws on what defines a person with some guns they want to unload and a "engaging in the business of dealing firearms". That doesn't "close" anything (the loophole term was pretty dubious from the outset) but there is more scrutiny.

That's why I used quotations. Nothing really changed.

Big win for the domestic abusers! 'Bout time Murica recognized they should be able to retain their guns, because that b*tch had it coming.

And folks wonder why women are fleeing the GOP ....
