Also it's funny that you throw in MAGA since Trump was the biggest anti-2A president we have had. He got more stuff banned, and enacted more anti-gun laws, than anyone else since the assault weapon ban.
I love how clueless you really are. You are at least as dumb as Trump's supporters.
The universal background expansions, and maintaining the ban on guns on federal land. What anti-gun laws did Trump enact?
Yes I know about the bump stop ban but that was more of a property rights infringement than a 2A so I'm curious what anti-2A laws did he enact.

I went and looked and it wasnt passed under Trump but he did support the requirement of stores having to maintain records of the gun sales. So a little less anti-2A than I thought I remembered with regards to actually signed.
The gun show "loophole" was closed. The time the FBI had to respond was expanded before it was considered a pass.BGCs were expanded? I missed that.
Stores have always (since inception of the program) had to maintain 4473s until they go out of business.
There is no universal ban on firearms on federal land. Federal parks, wildlife refuges ext follow the law of the state they are in.

And it wasnt keeping the 4473, it was records of the gun sales identifying the buyer and gun sold. But it didnt pass, so I guess I shouldnt include it.
Huh? What gun show loophole and how was it closed?
That's why I used quotations. Nothing really changed.Huh? What gun show loophole and how was it closed?
NICS always had 3 days to deny as far as I can remember. Form 4473 is the form recording the buyer and serial number of the gun and since it's inception FFLs have had to keep them until they go out of business.
