Gun control debate (merged)

She’ll get attacked for this.
But these shifts do happen. I’ve undergone a few.

At one time I was 100% Pro Life, and a hard core proponent of Capital punishment.
Now I am 100% Pro Choice, and a vocal opponent of Capital punishment.

It happens.
Whoa! Being a little reasonable there!

While never being 100% about it either way, I shifted the opposite direction on abortion as I got older. Have no hard numbers on it, but in what direction do you think a shift takes as people age in general?

However, I have always been 100% against Roe. It is a State vs Federal thing for me. Am 100% against a Federal ban on abortion for the same reason.

Pro Capital punishment, but it's application does give pause, when one sees the legal games being played.

I don’t know if one shift is more common, I would imagine personal experience plays a part for many. But I also believe it a State’s issue.

I have no moral objection to a society deciding it wants the death penalty. I cannot support a system that gets it wrong.

Nowhere in the 2A does it mention the right to only bear deer hunting arms. It's not deer people need to be protected from.
Biden is FOS with this 'people only should be allowed hunting weapons' argument.
Even if everyone only had deer rifles, that would be the next "problem."

I shifted slightly but haven't really changed my stance on either.
