So they’re forced to allow them or afraid of being sued if they do not?

The problem is that if they keep the restrictions in place and someone is harmed it’s an automatic loss in court. They’re smart enough to know violence is going to happen regardless of the guns.

Guns and ammo are both legal and subject to taxes. Luther is posing solutions for problems that don’t exist.

Maybe that needs to be the gun angle. $300 tax on every gun sold, $2 tax on every round of ammunition sold.

While we are at it, lets create a Poll tax and make it outrageous to exercise the right to vote, or how about an outrageous tax for the internet or saying anything controversial? I mean if we are going to tax protected rights guaranteed by the constitution shouldn't we at least be consistent?

When the government holds the monopoly of violence on actions, then its deemed legal. Take murder, theft, and warfare for example. If a non-government entity does either it's illegal. Therefore, the government holds a monopoly of violence on those actions. If you dont comply with their rules, they reserve the right to take property, your life, or if you are another state entity, commit warfare against you.

Maybe decrease the current number.
