Chipotle Tells Its Customers Not To Bring Guns To Its Restaurants | MTPR

Out of the blue, right? No, this is the reason for the sudden change in what was a neutral policy:

You know, it's retards like this that cause all sorts of problems for law abiding citizens like most of us are. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. If you are retarded enough to carry a modern sporting rifle into a restaurant just to prove your "rights" you should know things like this are going to happen. It's not like the two were open carrying a pistol or the likes, that's an AR15 and a highly modified SKS.

Stop being ****ing retarded and stuff like this won't happen.

These guys are trying to compensate for something. My guess would be the guy on the left for being morbidly obese and the guy on the right for being a midget.

I strongly support the 2nd Amendment and the right to carry. If I had a business and people pulled that crap I would ban them for life and warn them if they ever set foot on my property again I'd have the prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Those 2 morons need to be smacked upside their heads for that stunt.

It apparently wasn't just these two, but an entire group. And Chipotle changing their policy wasn't their fault, but rather the national level organizations like Bloomberg and company putting pressure on the businesses to change.

Not their fault at all... :banghead2:

Those idiots in one hour gave Bloomberg and his ilk enough ammunition (no pun intended) for at least a year if not more of their anti-gun campaign. And more businesses are probably going to reevaluate their neutral stance in the matter and be proactive about it.

Additionally, the tangent situation arises as idiots like these come into the restaurant carrying weapons slung to the front. Let's just say you're an off duty cop or a licensed CCW carrier and two chowder heads bust in the door carrying long guns. Are they a threat? And if they flag you, even accidentally? They are damn lucky they didn't get shot by someone who completely misinterpreted their intentions as someone who wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. I know I would have cleared the holster as a minimum in that kind of situation.

Idiots...

Makes you wonder if they were put up to it?

You know, that idea has been tossed around and even my tin foil went on for a time. It's not something I can completely dismiss only because that Open Carry Texas group is making statements that are so over the top, it just begs to be considered.

But realistically, what are the chances of Bloomberg and company getting a stereotypical inbred fatty neckbeard with his Magpul accessorized AR and midget snowboots McGhee and his Tapco-ized SKS for something of this nature? I'd say they'd just run down to the local Wally World and grab whatever scary black rifle that costs the least and use that instead.

No, chances of these two tards believing in the "cause" are probably pretty high. And have the intelligence level of your average housefly if they can't see how much harm they can/will do to the 2A movement.

This is why I do not rule out the patsy theory.

Sadly, I can't disagree with you. The 2A fight has plenty of morons on board. It's entirely legal in Texas to do what they did, but for crying out loud, you have to stop and ask yourself if you will do more harm that good. And if your answer comes in the form of "eff the public, I can do it" the chances of you having the intelligence level to completely comprehend the ramifications of same are dramatically low.

Which does bring validity to your theory.

http://abcnews.go.com/News/dad-of-s...hooting-Rampage-outside-Santa-Barbara-CA.aspx

Richard Martinez's outburst came outside a sheriff's department after his son Chris, 20, was confirmed to be among the shooting victims.

"Our family has a message for every family out there. You don't think it will happen to your child, until it does," Martinez said. Choking on tears, he added, "His death has left our family lost and broken."

"Chris died because of craven, irresponsible politicians and the NRA. They talk about gun rights. What about Chris' right to live? When will this insanity stop? When will enough people say stop this madness," Martinez said.

Blame the NRA and politicians?

I was at a fast food place one time where a guy walked in with a firearm in his waisteband. I thought he was going to rob the place. It turned out he worked at a gun store next door. I almost went up to him to ask what kind of moron open carries with the gun visible tucked in like that. Either put it a holster on the outside or keep it completely hidden.

When you need a scapegoat. God forbid he blame the shooter and his overall douchebaggery upbringing and his liberal twit father.

The guy was having mental issues for being rejected from the lovely ladies. Being rejected drove the shooter crazy for revenge on any female at random.
