I don't think any coach has ever been swayed by anyone that posts here. If they have that is a good reason why they failed.

The only thing Public opinion has ever influenced here was the blocking of the Schiano hire and that was because it was a collective "NO". In no way are the coaches or administration looking to VolNation to help with their decisions.

VolNation didn't have near as much to do with nixing Shamoo as many like to think. Powerful people that could not care less about VolNation and Vol Twitter got involved and killed that deal.. I know that's not what some want to hear but it's the truth..

Unfortunately we got the blame because of the outcry and protest.

What does that even mean? Do you really think CJP worries about what people on a message board are saying? It's his watch and his job on the line. If he makes a hire and it ends up being the wrong choice, then he will have to deal with the consequences.
