Gillislie Out?

My senior year I tore my quad off of the bone. Didn't know it. Probably the worst pain my live while running, but I just thought id pulled it really bad. Played the whole playoffs with it off the bone. Shot it up before each game. Finally had it fixed after the season. Moral of the story- he'll play it they want him to.

Tough guy.

Yes, never.

Unless you have a link to a game where both teams had not one single injury, suspension, sickness, or whatnot.

I await your link with much anticipation.

The real onus is squarely on you to prove your rash statement. Anyone of intelligence knows that "never and always" are poor arguments for any discussion. Just because we would like to see the VOLs beat a fully loaded florida doesn't make us whiners. gfys

How does karma work? is it an endless cycle? What I mean, is it bad karma when karma pays the other back? Are we storing up bad mojo because the mojo is being paid back from last year?

This is all so confusing.

I think I will continue to not believe in karma, and just hope he's gimpy for our game while making a full recovery for the rest of their season.

Everybody has their own philosophy make no qualms I really want a W regardless.

I see reasons to have high expectations, but to move on to the rest of the season if we lose.

It doesn't have to be an either/or scenario.

i can tell you that the gators on our board will consider moving on if we lose this week. and it could very well happen

Welcome, sockpuppet!

To educate you, it's impossible to find a link to prove a negative. I looked and looked, but could only find links to games with at least one injury, suspension, sickness, absence or otherwise missing player on at least one of the teams. no matter how hard I tried, I could not find a single game where this condition did not exist.

I could post up 100 of them, or maybe a thousand, but that still would not prove the negative.

So again, welcome to VN!

Muschamp always downplays injuries, and word is, it's worse than he lets on. But I think Gillislee still plays

Agree with this 100%.

Muschamp did the same thing with Ronald Powell, now he's out for the season.

No Powell, Jenkins or Riggs on defense does not bode well for our chances to pressure Bray.

If Gillislee isn't 100%, and I don't expect him to be, this game could get ugly unless UF forces turnovers and gets Debose involved in the return game.

is this guy really good or just the best they have?

Will not be playing on Sunday next year....just the best they have left over from Coach Urbs recruiting the fast little midget men for the spread. In Coach Muschumpo pro style offense, it is like running a little mole into a brick wall.

They have a skills mix problem...

A groin injury really will bother him a lot when he makes latteral cuts. That is really going to force UF to run to the teeth of D. That is, if gilly boy plays.

I think he's going to play. I don't think he'll be very effective, though.

Good for us. Puts more pressure on Driskel.

A groin injury is tuff to play through you can't stride like you want to and making cuts off the side that is hurt is very painful. I guess it might be fine with a cortisone shot though.

I think he plays.

If he is bang up as much as some think he wont make it through the 1st quarter. But I think you see him on the field.
