I'm not partisan except for once again abiding by the actual Constitution, which I swore an oath to follow and protect... i don't care about the two political parties

Weird how the voters of California by margins of 55-65% voted against giving benefits to illegal aliens, voted against gay marriage and voted against a lot of other referendums only for the Dems leadership to get it overturned by a single liberal judge yet the same crowd had no problems with it

Both sides have always used ungentlemanly methods in the quest for power.
People who profess to be „shocked“ that gambling is happening in Rick‘s cafe are either uniformed or else hopelessly naive.

I have stopped pretending that my side is better than the other in this regard. I don’t want to be a hypocrite; so I fully admit that yeah; we will stretch the rules up to the breaking point to win. And I fully expect the liberals to do the same.

Politics is no a no contact sport. And the two parties have such different visions of the future of America that each side is fully convinced that the survival of whichever „America“ they envision is at stake.

Neither side wants a fair fight. I stopped pretending that that was possible a while back. Here is what American politics has become.

Still waiting on all that fool proof evidence of election fraud. It’s been 6 years and still not a single election has been deemed fraudulent by a single court of law.

After 2030 I don’t think it will make a difference. The south has remapped so fast and the new census will be out.

Yes, this was totally Trump securing the midterms. Wont disagree.

If I was on the opposite side I would be losing my crap right now.

In 2018 the GOP lost 20 seats. There going to net out like 10-12 seats here. Betting markets still have them favored to lose bigly this year

they didnt lose 40 seats, they lost 20, which was a 40 net gain. GOP would get a net of 20-24 seats with this.

Closer, but I put odds of retention as slghtly better, but still very negative just based on all Midterms being losses for the current party and the margin being so tight.

That's what's wrong with this country. Both sides of the spectrum seem to believe it's okay as long as it's their people doing it.

In case you missed it, things haven't been great under either party. Politicians suck because they serve party, not country, not constituents, but party. And it's both sides. It's Republicans. It's Democrats. Neither side is innocent in this.

"We respect the decision of the courts." Meanwhile, Republicans are are drawing new congressional maps like it's art class without a vote and it's fine. I can only hope the Dems grow a pair and start playing the same game, but with what happened today, not looking good. Republicans are absolutely rigging the system and elections. It's both sides. If this were a democrat administration, they would have done the exact same thing.

If by "you voted for it", you mean Trump, that would be incorrect. I didn't vote Trump or Kamala. Two bad choices.

I don't remember you crying about corruption when the left was weaponizing government agencies against the right. Both sides are crooked. Both sides abuse power.
