I'd say it's very feasible he was overcome with emotion. I'd say it's unlikely that it was 100% because of Floyd. Hell, I'd probably do the same if I were in his position.View attachment 285023

You nuance the characterization by moving the boundary to "in this country". I will gladly acknowledge there are truths we live that other countries do not. But is it always true, here?.
Here's what we need to reconcile for your position to hold truth; if a black citizen hung a black politician in effigy is it 100% a racist message. Are black citizens incapable of making a political message with it?
