These dude's can walk in here with a ex wide out from candy at QB and make it a game.
Funny part is I got this same reaction when I spoke out against Dooley in 2011. Everyone blamed Hunter's knee or a stupid rule or bad luck. Everyone told me how great we were going to be in 2012 and I wasn't a real fan for wanting him gone. Butch isn't Dooley bad, but he also isn't $4,000,000 SEC Champions good either
Are you serious?
Antonio Callaway's catch and run doesn't happen against anyone else on the schedule.
There had to be a point, or several points, where Tennessee had a 99.9% chance of winning the game. On each of those occasions, whatever scenario Florida needed to happen found a way to happen.
The field goal never had a chance. The "two inches to the right" stuff was just the football Gods screwing with Tennessee fans. Particularly, after the first kick. That was just cruel and unusual punishment from those football Gods.
I don't know what happened to create all the voodoo, but it's real.
Think about 2014 now in greater detail. Florida replaced Jeff Driskel with a QB who is even worse and got a game winning field goal from 49 yards out from a kicker who struggles to make extra points.
look guys, I guess when I think about it, these guys have given us the beat down. They have. As much as it hurts to say that. They earned the right to talk, we have NOT.
That being said, I guess when you get the beat down you have to at some point get the balls to stand back up. That's what the young people are doing right now, getting back on their feet. I can understand that and I'm going to stand with them, but part of that process of being able to hold your head high is acknowledging that you were beat before you got back up.
Respect the gators guys. Stay classy and hold you're head high by beating them on the field. The best respect you can give an opponent is by beating them.... on the field. We have not earned the right to talk smack yet though.

I have ran my mouth the last 2 year's keeping my mouth shut till we do it.
There are many years that we should have beaten them and they end up getting lucky or we end up making a mistake late in the game to give them the victory.
I have seen so many games that ended that way, that at this point, I have to actually see us beating Florida before I will believe it.
They deserve to lose but I still doudt that they will. I see U.T. losing two games this season, Florida & Alabama.
I see another 2 or 3 point loss to them again this season.
Well, I for one, am always "scared" of this game.
Doesn't matter if Tennessee has Crompton, Clausen, Dobbs or Manning at QB. Doesn't matter if Tennessee has Henry, Hurd, Lewis or Neal at running back.
Doesn't matter if Tennessee is unranked and Florida is number 1. Doesn't matter if the Vols are picked to run over the Gators like they have been many times in the past, this game is huge and is always close.
Every time Florida wins this game I let out a huge sigh of relief. :good!:
