No it doesn't. JG went 9-10 vs Miss St but I guess his was garbage and JTs was definitely JT being the better QB. Ridiculous take. He played well vs SC in a game that our TEAM dominated. JG was the highest rated QB in the SEC the week of the USCjrs game, made 3 bigtime pro throws and played great, better than JT that game according to every analyst review of the game I've seen. JT is not ready and BM is not physically ready to play in this league, not this year anyway.

Look, I'm done with you. We can have 2 different takes. JGs terrible win loss record, the bama play, the bad pick yesterday, the pouting on the sideline. I just dont like the young man. We I feel Shrout has been done dirty, even when JG made bone head plays but Shrout was never given a chance. I think he is a good young qb. I think he will make mistakes that a freshmen will make. JG is a rs junior and makes silly mistakes. You are ok with jgs mistakes and not Shrouts (he hasnt made one yet). Soit's ok, back JG and I can support the one I like. I just want to win.

The way most people analyze a game is the score when jg was in game and the score when shrout was in game. Compare the two. About equal in miss st with the 2 qb. In sc a major difference in favor of shrout. Actually 17 points difference in shrout favor. In about a qtr and a half of play. That is the way u analyze who is performing better, by the way the whole team responds

We are 3-1 the last 4 games with JG taking most of the snaps. Sounds like just the opposite of you saying all you want is to win.

Concessions hapoening easier the more youve had isnt a rumor/myth. Its a medical fact.

I ain't saying he should retire but taking a several week break if he jas had concussions in back to back weeks is the only prudent thing to do

I think the JG haters go waaayy overboard and the knes that bok are classless asswipes.
With that said...if he throws 20 passes in a game hos receivera will have to alter their path/ teist their body/ stop their momentum to make catch on 18 of them. It is what it is.

I feel for the kid and hope evry week he gets this fixed... to this point it hasnt happened.

Off season work with the receivers and qb can help with this but it is up to those guys to put the extra time in. Even with that there is no guarantee that the timing isssue will be fixed.

It’s interesting if you think back to the USCjr game when JT came in and the announcers made a comment about him being a “free spirit” or something like that. Makes me wonder if they want to play him but, like JG, he does his own thing and puts us at risk.

That game was one Tennessee turnover away from breathing life into UAB and then who knows. Fortunately the D was dominant last night and it was never an issue. When you are in CJP’s shoes you play the guys that mitigate the most risk until you can’t have the choice (trailing in 4th). Anyone questioning the QB rotation should think through that. CJP is all out of freebies (GAST and BYU ate those up). Let the defense control the game and prevent the offense from losing it. Sounds familiar.... who else does that...... it will come to me.

it was their plan to play both QBs just like they did the previous week.... In both games, JG was the higher rated QB.... JT has potential but they don’t trust him as much running the offense.

Second, my post was not really about the subject of concussion, it was about assumptions based on rumor.

And no one on this board knows what the staffs plans are. So my point is no need in having a meltdown and bitchin about a WIN. Like I tell my kids, don't worry until you have a reason to worry. And there is no need to worry and nothing to worry about after a WIN!!!!!! Enjoy the win brothers and sisters and we can bitch n moan and have a meltdown next week or week after or sometime later.

Meh... coaches do coaching things. When coach says "What ever you do do not throw a ball up for grabs!" And then you do on your first pass... they react.

It was UAB we were playing and not BAMA. JT can't get the experience nor the stats if he can't play. Pruitt knows that.
I assume this board would have been crying for Pruitt's job had JG fell and injured the other hand. That was a pretty dumb call imo when there was no reason to play JG. For your information most of us were thinking along the lines of seeing JT and Maurer playing.
Just shows how hard headed Pruitt is. He was very very lucky last night JG wasn't more severely injured. Those hard headed decisions just to prove a point can come back to bite him at some point.

The interception in the end zone of JG's pass didn't count on Pruitts score card I guess. The listless pass on the sidelines that could have been intercepted didn't either.
We can stop playing Pruitts games now. Put a QB in the game with his left hand practically in a cast to prove his point I guess.

I think we learned our lesson about taking a game for granted after Georgia State. JG was not at a bigger risk for injury than any other player on the field.... JT has to earn trust in practice before they turn over the offense to him in games. I hope he keeps growing bc he throws a beautiful deep ball.
