I was just about to say that's the only problem i see so far. I don't know if you remember me telling you before that my phone browser has a dark mode and i never used it on here because that was an issue for me. I don't know if it can be fixed somehow.

I'm old and my memory sucks, so... kinda. lol. I think I can fix it with Max's suggestion.

One small thing I noticed is modal pop ups being a darker almost black background can make the modal kind of get lost on the screen and harder to differentiate. Maybe a lighter gray background, similar to how the text input box color looks, would help with that. I’ve attached a picture of what I mean by clicking on the users who liked this post pop up/modal.

Looks awesome @Freak ! Thank you....only one more request, can we change the Last Active thread title text on the main page to white maybe? Can't read it since it's black also....Sorry to complain but again, thanks!!!!

Thank you Freak, now we can peruse the forums in the late hours and not be blinded by the holy lights of Volnation light mode.

I'm still not happy with some parts of it and I haven't changed over all of the buttons yet (I planned to work on that some this morning but woke up to an HVAC issue that's taken up my day, but that's another story). That said, with the Dark Mode uniforms, I pretty much had to go ahead and release it in it's current state.

Anyway, I'll leave this thread either here or on the help forum so you guys can provide feedback and/or suggestions. There are some things besides the buttons that might still be broken. You can post screenshots of those things in this thread to bring them to my attention. Your assistance is appreciated.

As always, you can change the forum skin in the bottom left of the forum. Click the link that says VolNation 2018 and then select Dark Mode 21.

Here's a direct link to turn it on.

You’re right. The read vs unread threads doesn’t stand out as much on mobile. I wonder if go to a light grey to make it a little different?

Also, I would recommend the text on “new posts” and preview be white like the “post reply” and “prev” page.

Yeah, the buttons are still a mess right now. They'll definitely be more uniform.

I like it!

One thing I noticed ... I changed the skin in my preferences and the text in the 'Style' and 'Time zone' became washed-out in the field:
