Florida better than expected?

Florida had all summer to prep for Utah, who had no way to simulate playing in the heat and humidity of the swamp. They scored 29 vs Utah and had about 440 yards of offense and a lot of our fans were talking about how great they are on offense and how they are immediately back. Today we had 415 yards on offense, scored 34, on the road vs a top 20 team and the same fans who were pumping up Florida can only talk about how bad our offense was today.

I'm not sure if its Utah is overrated. I think its more you can't replicated the Swamp in practice. That heat and humidity is just killer on a team that's used to playing in the elevation that Utah does.

i get it……but 7th ranked team? Seriously?

They were way over rated.

I’ll buy it late in the season if they can earn it.

I think its more of a testament of Kentuckys team. Other than special teams, they looked a lot more polished out there.
Says nothing about our matchup in a few weeks. I hope we win, but until we start beating "bad to mediocre" FL teams, we are just queens of the mid tier in the east.

Catapulting the Gators from unranked to #12 after last week was maybe the overreaction of the season. On par with the annual “Hey let’s put crappy Notre Dame in the top 10 until they lose 6 or more games!” tradition. I think we’ll be fine against UF, especially knowing Neyland will register on the Richter Scale and then some.

Like I said, Richardson isn't beating you with his arm. Contain him on the ground and force him to throw. He makes very bad decisions and is pretty inaccurate. Amazing athlete, but he has a lot to learn about playing QB.

A lot of ranked teams, top ten teams, exposed this weekend. Notre Dame, A&M, Utah all we’re overrated.

Utah was a very good team last year. I have no doubt last year's Utah team would have rolled UF. But I do think Utah's ranking was based more on last year's success. And they lost a lot of talent at the end of last year.

I must admit I chuckled after last week’s win vs Utah. Richardson was proclaimed the second coming….give him the Heisman now….#1 NFL pick. I knew it was all a bunch of hyped up **** and I’m glad to see him and the Gators back down to earth.

UF overrated after beating Utah,
UK underrated and tough in the trenches.
UT will have trouble with the UF D line and containing Richardson. I expect a very tough game but we can win if we play good (better than today for sure)
