I don't know why coaches still don't understand why you don't go for 2 until late in the game unless you are well behind and need to score by 8s. If the Utah coach just kicks the xp earlier they run the ball 3 times and kick the game winning field goal at the end.

Florida is exactly who I'd thought they'd be. They're a good team but I don't think they have enough horses to boat race us.

Overall they likely have more horses than we do. Our potential to beat Florida rests with Heupel’s offensive scheme.

If Florida Wins next week and we pull of the win we should both be ranked inside top 15 when we meet. They may be better than people were predicting.

I think most believe they're talented. The question is their depth of talent. They had a very significant talent advantage vs Utah.

One thing that mystified me is the Utah didn't go tempo when UF put that 400 lb kid in.

Took Florida all of one game to get a marquee win under Napier. We’re still waiting on one.

I wish UT had played Utah at some point since the middle point of last season. Not very impressed.

And if Utah is a "marquee" win... then UK was.

At the end of the day you still have to realize that Utah is a PAC-12 team….. they are terrible against SEC opponents.

They looked well coached and pretty darn good. They should have won the game. But gators looked good on offense. I believe there are just a few teams in college football that can stop a good offense with a pretty good QB. We are a long way from a good defense.

How does a team that lost 4 games in 2021 that really doesn't have game breakers start the season as a top 10 ? They literally lost every big game to anyone that was a decent team. Yes they are big, they have very little speed. Coaching lost that game last night period. UF looked inproved, specifically AR. That's about all I saw that was good and they won the game. I see a defense with little to no depth, lack of a RB and OL got beat consistently. In no way am I saying who wins in Knoxville but UF looks suspect and Utah pissed away a win. Many questions to be answered just like Us

Dooley, Lyle, and Cornbread are gone. We actually got a coach now. We have the talent and we have the coach. No reason why we should drop either of these games. Injuries and turnovers will be the only reasons we loose.

The fact remains that Utah was ranked 7th. Maybe that’s a farce, but until the season plays out, you’re just hoping.
