He can't get to the rim like he used to and he hasn't added the jumper that MJ and Kobe did to compensate for it. He is never going to be the force of nature he was in 2006, and right now he's a horrible jump shooter. If he spends all summer in the gym and adds that outside shot, he'll be better than he ever was. But other than that he's on a steep slope downhill.

that's all i took it as personally was more playing a crowd.
i think how it was shown (repeatedly) though through the main sports network - as though a serious guarantee (Namath-like would overstate) - was maybe what had some of the effect
(the discussion being why the celtics were able to do the exact same thing it was fine, but the heat's doing so was viewed as horribly wrong)
I'm just saying, no personally attack.
It just kills me that people focus on such petty sh$t.
Not sure there's ever been a more overrated player in American sports than Kobe Bryant.
