Explosion in Boston?

And I am sure seemed as a normal peacefull Muslim to his friends and neighbours!

Yep! Uncle gave the old go to line of "They were good kids!". The reporter asked what could have drove them to this and the uncle repeatably said "I don't know". We all know the answer is Islam; some might have a hard time coming to terms with the hard truths and realities of life.

TRUT, Is this near the area you live ?

I live in Allston/Brighton which buts right up against the Charles' southern bank. Watertown is right on the northern bank. From my place to where this is taking place, probably 1-1.5 miles as the crow flies.

Did Christianity drive Eric Rudolph?

Police source: 2 Russian nationals pulled over in Niagara Falls; 4 suspicious backpacks in the car, robot & bomb techs on scene.

I imagine you've been on edge this morning.

I also heard that on CNN interview.

I thought that interview was really inappropriate; almost seemed like a violation of journalistic ethics. The man ended up giving out the address of one of their other uncles (or maybe even father). He willingly said it on air, but he seemed so distraught and out of it that I don't think he knew what he was doing at the moment. They should have just cut away at that point.

His friends and neighbors probably thought of him as peacefully as Eric Rudolph's friends and neighbors thought of him.

hubs did a roof for one of ERR's neighbors about 6 weeks ago. Was told everyone knew where he was hiding but were threatened with death if they ever told his whereabouts. Very tight knit backwoods community. Everyone was afraid of Rudolph

Not too on edge. It would have surprised the hell out of me if he had gotten across the Charles from Watertown: only a couple of bridges and those are easy to lockdown.

Went through my regular morning routine: coffee and cigarette on the stoop. Since then, I've just been watching the live feed online.
