Maybe tennis is your answer then. There are several leagues around town, and they can be VERY competitive. Fort Sanders also has "cardio tennis" classes, and they will kick your A.I guess I just miss doing competitive things and golf just isn't cutting it for me. I crave something more exciting.
This was me. I logged everything for 1.5 years and then tried it on my own to see if I could maintain without logging. I've been successful ever since. The logging really helped me visually see what portion sizes should be and how much to eat in a day.I did a few years back. Now I kinda have a feel for it so no need for journaling

I still weigh some stuff - I make overnight oats every night, so I weigh out everything I put in there since I add different seeds, protein, and nut butter.
